He may or may not be related to another animal in the NBA who may or may not have been one of the all-time greatest mascots for the past 31 years. My next guest is a trauma SurTHRIVER & mental health advocate on a mission to create personal change through spreading love, bringing awareness, & assisting others in their healing, self-love, growth & grounding within themselves…for themselves and their relationships.

After experiencing just about every type of physical, verbal, and religious abuse one could endure from an early age, she became the world’s greatest people pleaser and perfectionist well into her adult life, which only attracted and perpetuated her personal problems. She was an expert in survival barely holding her head above water.

She is currently certifying to be a life coach to help others overcome their own dark pasts by sharing the how and why behind her own recovery journey out of her previous life.
