Heidi Aldredge is the host of a new podcast series called Heidi's LemonAid Stand. She interviews people who have taken the lemons life has served up and made lemonade. Turning to currency.
Just two days after Thanksgiving in 1989, when Heidi was 16 years old, the police came to the family home and announced that their dad had just killed himself. You have a few choices to make in that moment. Heidi decided to fight for hope and happiness, her mother and four younger brothers each chose different ways to cope with it.
Fast forward a couple of years and Heidi was happily married and went on to raise three wonderful children and have several different careers.
Heidi created and hosted a radio talk show about turning life's lemons into lemonade in Salt Lake City over 20 years ago. She interviewed inspirational people like Steve Makita, Richard Paul Evans, Art and Dallas Berg, Mrs. Utah, Brent Yorganson, and Anita Stansfield. Each interviewee shared experiences of how they turned a traumatic life altering situation into a beneficial more positive experience.
